The State of the Nation: Research Audit has found that the greatest barrier to improving survival outcomes for ovarian cancer is the lack of an early detection test.

Make a #nextgenpledge for a woman you love by donating $10 monthly to the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF), Australia's primary funder of ovarian cancer research, after the Australian Government.

We need greater investment in ovarian cancer research #forherfuture and so that women and girls WILL SURVIVE.

The I will survive campaign video is an Australian version of the incredible concept and creative executed by our sister organisation in the UK, Ovarian Cancer Action. Following in their footsteps, and with the support of the amazing team that developed the original, the OCRF is humbled and eternally grateful to be able to extend its message and reach down-under to further the ovarian cancer cause.

The OCRF would like to acknowledge that the original campaign was inspired and driven by the indefatigable Vicky Jacobs, an ovarian cancer patient who lost her life to ovarian cancer. You can read more about this incredible woman and her vision.

Credit and thanks must go to the original UK team for providing the inspiration, and their advice and guidance with the Australian version, including Heads Up Production's Tim Page, and Snapper Films' Director Joanna Bailey.

The OCRF must acknowledge LucyMy Media for making the Australian version not just a reality under trying COVID conditions, but a beautiful, touching execution in support of a cause close to their hearts.
