Straight after a post-mastectomy you are unable to wear a weighted breast form which is a traditional breast form that Medicare (Australia) will reimburse you for straight after your operation.

First you will have to wear something lighter on your chest.
This is where a leisure form comes in.
It's a memory foam breast form / breast prosthesis that is super comfy, easy on your chest and makes you feel better.

The traditional (weighted) breast forms come a couple of weeks down the track when you're able to wear things on your chest wall.

In the meantime you probably feel a little bit disheartened -
