Cancer of the vulva (vulval cancer) can occur on any part of your vulva. It is very rare. It most commonly develops on the inner edges of your labia majora and your labia minora. It can also sometimes affect your clitoris or Bartholin's glands. It can also occasionally start on the skin between your vulva and your anus.
