Who else is suffering with poor quality sleep since their stoma surgery?

Disturbed sleep
Multiple emptying trips to the toilet
Night time leaks

I have tried EVERYTHING to improve my sleep since my ileostomy and no matter what eat and when I STILL have to get up multiple times in the night and find it very hard to get back to sleep.

UNTIL... I tried this new strategy.

This has been the ONLY thing to help me feel more rested.
