Our colleague Georgina Hannaway, Cancer Physical Activity Practitioner at PCW, has created a 20 minute low to medium home workout designed for cancer patients.
Video 1 training consists of a series of full body strengthening and mobility exercises to keep you physically active, improve your quality of life and help you feel better:
