Breast surgery can come in various forms: Mastectomy, Lumpectomy, or Reconstruction, etc. Exercise after cancer treatment or exercise after breast cancer surgery can cause fear and uncertainty. So many ask me when to exercise after surgery or what to start with to avoid hurting anything. In this video, I share the second-level of breast cancer exercises after surgery that helps women ease back into doing what they love. So whether you love yoga, or cycling, or weight lifting, you still need to start somewhere light.

Research shows that resistance training 2-3 times a week can help reduce fatigue, lymphedema, and even mortality! This exercise program is a simple, and great option for those looking for a routine for his or her upper body strength.
