Our case describes a 64 year old male with a 10 year history of CLL who was admitted to the ICU with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome secondary to Covid-19 infection. The patient failed to improve despite extended courses of conventional therapy with steroids, antibiotics, and anti-viral medications. During week three of hospitalization the patient showed improvement after receiving additional doses of exogenous antibodies in the form of IVIG and convalescent plasma. Data regarding the efficacy of IVIG and convalescent plasma in Covid-19 infection within this particular patient population is not readily available therefore further investigation is warranted.
