Klatskin tumor is a kind of cancer that affect the choledochus near bile duct junction and detecting these kind of lesions can be tricking because they some times go deeper in the liver and away from the probe and most of them are infiltrating and not bulky. But this one was quite visible and didactic. Enjoy.
