A) Axial FLAIR MR of the brain shows a midline posterior cranial fossa ependymoma. Notice that the tumour extends through the foramen Megendie (midline) and Lushcka (lateral) into the pre-pontine cisterns. The mass causes upstream obstructive hydrocephalus.
