Cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer in women. In 2018, an estimated 570,000 women were diagnosed with cervical cancer worldwide and about 311,000 women died from the disease.

What are the risk factors of #CervicalCancer? What are the symptoms? What are the treatment options? But more importantly, how can we eliminate cervical cancer in Africa?

To further dig into this conversation, we were joined by Dr. Chioma Nwakanma-Akanno, a medical Doctor, public health expert, and founder, SMILE With Me Foundation, a non-governmental organisation which seeks to inspire a healthier africa through public health education.
