Our colleagues Lucy Holmes and Georgina Hannaway have created a 30 minute low to medium home workout designed for people awaiting or recovering from cancer surgery.
The training consists of full body and mobility exercises aimed at preparing your body for your operation and helping you return back to your daily activities following surgery.
We hope you enjoy it!
*** Please, bear in mind your current health condition and potential limitations while doing these exercises. Also ensure to remain hydrated and take longer rests if necessary.
