BIBLE STUDY - Use my videos to study the word of God. If you are a new Christian, knowing how to study the bible is very important. Reading the bible is one of the first steps as a Christian. I pray that my videos will be a useful resource and help to strengthen your faith tremendously. THERAPY FOR LIFE - Whatever life throws at you, use the Word of God in the bible as your first form of defense. God loves you more than you will ever know and he wants you to have the best night’s sleep every single night! That is why Psalms 127:2 says ‘...the Lord gives his beloved sleep’. Indeed, you are his beloved and indeed he has given you sleep.

PEACE OF MIND & PROTECTION - Use my videos to calm your mind if you are looking for how to cope with anxiety. Dealing with anxiety is not easy for anyone. Perhaps you are dealing with depression as a christian or non-christian. Whatever the case may be, allow the word of God to sink down deep into your mind and spirit. There are many methods for overcoming anxiety and coping with depression but make the word of God your no.1 priority in getting rid of anxiety and depression.
