Till date, there is no proven link between bra use and breast cancer. However, bras can have certain negative impacts on the health of the women. Wearing ill-fitting bras can lead to poor posture, and cause back and neck pain. Health experts also suggest not to wear a bra while sleeping, as besides being uncomfortable, it can make you feel suffocated and cause breathing problems.
