Smoking leading to urogenital pain has to make us think that if there is tumor, then smoking causes bladder tumour or urethral tumours. So if there is cancer of the bladder, then it can cure pain and bleeding. So the only thing that we can think when the smoking is there is that smoking causes cancer. So if there is pain in the urogenital system and bladder cancers are known to be causing smoking which should be first evaluated. There are not much other things that relates to it. Smoking causes a lot of cancers like urethral cancer, bladder cancer and urethral cancer. So evaluation in these patients is very important.
