This patient developed a facial cancer. A biopsy was performed and he was found to have a basal cell carcinoma. He comes in for removal and reconstruction. We decided to perform a rotational flap instead of a skin graft. It was too large to close primarily. This closure usually combines a few different specialties or one general surgeon. Thank you to the patient for letting us film his surgery.
