Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia: Alyssa's story | Cancer Research UK
Alyssa was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in March 2014. At ten-years-old, Alyssa loves art, riding her bike with friends and playing with her sister Lauren. She had chemotherapy for six months and took part in a trial as part of her treatment. She is now doing well. Alyssa and her family came to London to find out what research Cancer Research UK is doing into children's cancers. Thanks to you, we're beating cancer sooner.
