The patient was a 32-year-old, Gr1P1 woman, who had a vaginal ultrasound during a routine gynecological visit, and her doctor found a solid tumor in the anterior vagina.
On examination, a 3 centimeter solid lump could be seen protruding in the vagina, four centimeters bellow the anterior vaginal vault.
On ultrasound the left uterine artery was close to the tumor as well as the left ureter.
We were tempted to remove the tumor through a vaginal incision but we concluded that would be safer by laparoscopy due to the neighboring ureter
