Objectives:
1. Recognize the clinical phenotype of Li-Fraumeni syndrome and its variants.
2. Describe the molecular basis of phenotype diversity in Li-Fraumeni syndrome.
3. Appraise the opportunities and challenges of incorporating T53 genetic testing and clinical surveillance in potential TP53 mutation carriers.
