1. High Fructose Corn Syrup.
Consumption o f high fructose corn syrup has also been linked to many diseases such as heart disease, and some cancers. High insulin levels caused by excess fructose consumption can also trigger tumor growth. This tumor can be grown into cancer if we keep consuming the syrup.
2. Hydrogenated Oils.
Food companies began using hydrogenated oil to help increase shelf life and save costs. During this manufactured partially hydrogenated processing, a type of fat called trans fat is made.
Trans fat is considered to be the worst type of fat there is. It has the potential to cause cancer and other diseases. Trans fats are usually found in foods such as processed foods, baked goods, shortening, packaged snacks, and fried fast foods.
3. Alcohol.
Alcohol is believed to be a source of health problems in the human body, especially if consumed in excess. Currently, alcohol is one of the main causes of cancer besides smoking. An American study revealed that of the 200 thousand women who drank one glass of alcohol per day. There are almost 30% increases in breast cancer compared to women who didn’t drink alcohol.
4. Farmed Salmon.
More than 60 percent of salmon consumed in the United States is bred on specialized farms. These fish are fed a diet that includes chemicals, pesticides & antibiotics and some carcinogens too. The foods that salmon eat makes them poisonous. The bad things inside salmon could cause cancer inside our body.
5. Canned Products.
Artificial preservatives added to this type of food have the potential to cause cancerous seeds to appear in the body. Not only causes disease, but packaging processed food in cans can also damage existing nutritional content.
6. Soda.
Aspartame, a chemical in sweeteners, can cause seizures in some people. These chemicals when broken down in the body become deadly toxins that cause tumors. Soda can cause cancer if consumed in excess. Colorful drinks tend to contain a lot of sugar, food chemicals, and dyes. These substances will help acidify the body and cause the growth of cancer cells.
7. Smoked and Processed Meats.
When food is processed by burning, it will produce substances called Heterocyclic Amines (HCAs) and Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs). Both of these substances are carcinogenic and can cause adverse effects on health. One of the effects that come is to trigger the appearance of cancer cells and then develop into cancer.
