In this work, Peter and Lilly demonstrated a 3D organoid invasion technique for analyzing heterogeneous tumors derived from bladder cancer patients. The technique will have a profound impact on guiding personalized treatment options and elucidating the influence of tumor heterogeneity on bladder cancer invasion. Green shows bladder cancer cells and red shows Dll4 expressing leader cells in the 3D organoid model. This work is published in Analytical Chemistry. Check our website for additional details.
