Retention cyst & lymphoid hyperplasia difficult to differenitae from APMN


Tubular cystic mass in Rt pelvis
Cecal connection should be assessed
Appendix should be checked in the evaluation of APCT
Dx of lymphoid hyperplasia or retention cyst can be difficult
However, APMN is more common than retention cyst
