Endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR): This procedure involves removing the abnormal tissue from the inner lining of the rectum using a special instrument passed through the endoscope.
Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD): This procedure involves removing the abnormal tissue and a small layer of healthy tissue beneath it. It is typically used for larger polyps or abnormalities that have grown into the deeper layers of the rectum.
Photodynamic therapy (PDT): This procedure involves injecting a light-sensitive chemical into the rectum and using a special light passed through the endoscope to activate the chemical and destroy the abnormal tissue.
Endoscopic treatments for rectal cancer are typically less invasive than surgery and may be an option for people who are not good candidates for surgery due to other health conditions. However, they may not be as effective at removing all of the cancerous tissue as surgery, and the cancer may recur in the future. It is important to discuss the benefits and risks of endoscopic treatment with a doctor to determine the best treatment plan for your individual situation.

New Delhi, Apr 09 (ANI): A new study highlighted the risks of leukemia in children with Down syndrome. It pointed to stronger than expected associations between Down syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia (AML), one type of blood cancer. Down syndrome is one of the most common genetic conditions in the US and Canada. According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, about 6,000 babies with Down syndrome are born in the United States each year. (SA)

In this video, we’re going to talk about the two most anti-cancer foods. If I had cancer or if I was at risk for cancer, I would definitely consume these two foods. But, in general, consuming these two foods could be a really good idea. There are other things that can help kill or prevent cancer. But, these two foods could be the most powerful and are both full-spectrum.
1. Garlic
Garlic can potentially kill certain cancer cells within 30 minutes after consuming it. There are also no known side effects.
2. Broccoli sprouts
Just 1 oz. of this stuff is equivalent to 1 1/2 pounds of broccoli. Broccoli is very anti-cancer. You can put this on your salad or even take it as a supplement.
