Worried about ovarian cancer. What is the pelvic mass?

Patient complains of chronic low back and pelvic pain. Pelvic ultrasound showed a possible ovarian cancer requiring MRI evaluation. MRI pelvis with and without contrast shows an enhancing mass compatible with a schwannoma (benign tumor of neural origin).
