Why am I allergic to exercise? About MCAS, mastocytosis and mast cells.

This is a follow up to a video I posted four years ago, called "My Mystery Diagnosis: Multiple Sclerosis? Lyme? Anxiety? Just Crazy?"

For some reason, a lot of people have been watching and commenting on the video recently, and so I thought now might be a good time to discuss the non-Lyme part of my health problems: mast cell activation disorder.
