Maarten Vermeer, MD, PhD, Leiden University Medical Center, Leiden, Netherlands, talks on unmet medical needs in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, highlighting the need for more efficacious therapies and improvements to prognostication for late-stage disease. Dr Vermeer also discusses the identification of novel drug targets and the potential benefits of recently approved therapies. This interview took place at the EORTC Cutaneous Lymphoma Group 20-21 meeting in Marseille.
