Dr Voorhees first comments on the importance of assessing patient eligibility for autologous stem cell transplantation (autoSCT), highlighting data from the DETERMINATION trial (NCT01208662). Following this, Dr Voorhees discusses the role of quadruplet therapies in transplant-eligible patients, as well as the role of triplet therapies in transplant-ineligible patients.
