Shoulder Pain Exercises for After Cancer Treatment and Surgery

No matter what kind of surgery you had for breast cancer, melanoma cancer, or head and neck cancer, stretching and strengthening afterward is crucial. Shoulder pain and issues are very common, not only right away after surgery or treatment but also many years later, as well. A proper exercise program needs to consider other cancer-related concerns, like the risk of lymphedema. But the right one can help decrease pain and improve shoulder motion quicker so that you can get back to doing your daily activities and hobbies. In this video, I am going to share with you a few of my go-to shoulder exercises to address pain, weakness, and instability after cancer treatment
