Regional Therapy for Appendiceal Carcinomatosis: Past, Present, and Future

Dr. Raoof with City of Hope Cancer Center presented an educational webinar on December 16, 2020, "Regional Therapy for Appendiceal Carcinomatosis: Past, Present, and Future". This webinar included information about the different types of appendiceal tumors, molecular profiles, therapeutic approaches, and information regarding the first U.S. clinical trial for a new investigational therapy – PIPAC (Pressurized Intraperitoneal Aerosolized Chemotherapy) – for which Dr. Raoof is a co-investigator and that is currently ongoing. The event featured a live Q&A and was hosted by The ACPMP Research Foundation.
