Salivary gland carcinomas represent a rare group of complex, heterogenous histologies occurring in major and minor salivary glands with a wide range of etiology, pathophysiology, treatment, and prognosis.

This presentation will discuss three cases with uncommon salivary gland neoplasms, their diagnostic challenges for pathologists, the main differential diagnosis, the therapeutic modalities, and their follow-up.

Objectives:
• Based on the clinical presentation, discuss the most likely differential for the patients.
• Distinguish the pathologic features of these malignant tumors from the others
• Explain the application of routine immunomarkers for diagnosis, prognostication, and therapeutic follow-up.
• Managing salivary gland masses with unusual presentation
