Pancreatic Cancer: Diagnosis and Endoscopic Treatment of Jaundice and Pain

This patient with pancreatic cancer was diagnosed and staged by EUS-FNA. Evolved rapidly to jaundice and disabling abdominal pain. During the same session underwent ERCP+sphincterotomy, insertion of self-expandable metallic stent, and then the EUS-guided celiac plexus neurolysis.
