My Uveal Melanoma Journey - Lani Lee

The video is not fully complete but we wanted to share what footage we have of Lani Lee from our Melanoma Patient Information Session in Toronto 2017. Lani shares her "atypical story" which started 40 years ago. Uveal melanoma is a cancer (melanoma) of the eye involving the iris, ciliary body, or choroid (collectively referred to as the uvea). Tumors arise from the pigment cells (melanocytes) that reside within the uvea giving color to the eye.
