He presented with hoarseness of voice since last 20 days .
He gives history of mild difficulty in breathing .
He also has history of tobacco chewing since last 20 years .

Video Laryngoscopy show tumour involving posterior part of left vocal cord .

No Neck Lymph Nodes involved , Laryngeal crepitus normal .

Endoscopic biopsy of Left Vocal Cord Tumour done with laryngeal biopsy forcep & send for Histopathology examination .

Histopathology examination of biopsy tissue will confirm diagnosis .
