Sarah Tasian, MD, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA, outlines the current immunotherapeutic landscape with a focus on ongoing clinical trials for pediatric patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Specifically, bispecific T-cell-engaging antibodies, natural killer (NK) cells and CAR-T cells are discussed.
