Hypopharyngeal mass

This patient came in with worsening stridor. He has been seen by various doctors and was diagnosed asthmatic. But unfortunately it came out to be a large mass in the throat most probably a cancer ...unfortunately he didnt opted for biopsy and was later lost to followup.😔
