In this video, we will discuss the pathology of Ewing Sarcoma.

Ewing sarcoma and Giant cell tumour, both are considered tumors of unknown origin.
Ewing sarcoma is a malignant tumor of bone with neuroectodermal differentiation.

It is much more common in children than in adults.

Ewing sarcoma usually arises from the diaphysis or shafts of long bones.

Radiologically, they show of layers of reactive bone formation called onion skin lesion.

Microscopically, they are composed of small blue cells with Homer wright Rosettes
