Colorectal Cancer: One Woman's Journey from Diagnosis to Recovery

Brooke Poskin was diagnosed with rectal cancer in September 2010. At age 39 she was not yet to the age when routine colonoscopies are recommended for people without a family history. When a 2 inch tumor was found during a colonoscopy she turned to colon and rectal surgeon David Schuval, M.D. of ColoRectal Specialists, a division of Signature Medical Group in St. Louis, Missouri. She shares her story from diagnosis to recovery.
