Cervico - Thoracic Ependymoma.... Total Excision.

This patient presented with progressively increasing weakness of both his legs with recent onset of bladder involvement. MRI showed a large intramedullary tumor extending from C6 to D3. The tumor was totally excised. There was a mild reduction in power in the rt lower limb which is expected to improve in a couple of weeks.
