Unmet needs and upcoming therapies in CTCL

Chalid Assaf, MD, PhD, Helios Klinikum Krefeld, Krefeld, Germany, discusses unmet needs in the field of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), highlighting challenges around diagnosis in the early-stage setting, and the need for a cure. For late-stage CTCL, Dr Assaf comments on the need for a longer time to next treatment and to achieve higher rates of complete remission, commenting on the potential benefits of exploring novel combinations of existing approved therapies.
