Transnasal endoscopy with Narro Band imaging, Hypopharyngeal cancer

Transnasal endoscopy(GIF-290N, Olympus , Tokyo, Japan) with NarrowBand Imaging(NBI) can provide high quality endoscopic image. During the trumpet meneuver, the pharyngeal mucosa was stretched out, a huge and protruded lesion was observed at the posterior wall of the hypopharynx. The superficia cancers located at thel cervical esophagus and the left priform sinus were also detected.
