Traci Frantz Letter on Cell Phone in the Bra Cancer Risk: Berkeley City Council 11/18/2014

Traci Frantz’s daughter Tiffany developed cancer after keeping the cell phone in her bra for 5 years. The cancer was directly under the cell phone antennae. In May 2015, Berkeley unanimously passed the Cell Phone Right to Know' Cell Phone Ordinance requiring that cell phone retailers inform consumers about the fine print advisories buried in their user manuals after over five years of advocacy and testimony to the Council.
