David Finklang, 27, went to the doctor after experiencing pains in his chest. The surprising diagnosis: Testicular Cancer. He was treated by medical oncologist and testicular cancer specialist Bruce Roth, MD, at the Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital.
