Presented with stridor
Dynamic airway assessment revealed a mass in supraglottis
Bilateral vocal cord mobile
Transoral videoendoscopic
Laser assisted excision of mass was done
Frozen section revealed squamous cell carcinoma
3rd Post Op. Day – Patient can speak and eat
laser assisted surgery done without tracheostomy
