Retroperitoneal tumors are rare tumors that develop from undifferentiated cells and tissues located in the retroperitoneal area. This includes, therefore, tumors from vessels, nerves, muscle tissues and embryonic remnants, the most frequent being liposarcomas, malignant fibrous histiocytomas and leiomiosarcomas.
