Pattern 5 - Solitary Fibrous Tumor mimicking a Pulmonary Hyalinizing Granuloma

Max and Kevin share a case that initially looked for all the world like a Pulmonary Hyalinizing Granuloma. However, the large size of the lesion and the cytologic atypia led to additional workup confirming a diagnosis of Solitary Fibrous Tumor.
