Orlando Woman Cancer Free after being Diagnosed with Breast Cancer During Pregnancy

We were thrilled to join Ivette and her care team as they celebrated her final chemotherapy treatment at Florida Hospital. Ivette was diagnosed with cancer while in her second trimester of pregnancy. After undergoing a mastectomy and beginning chemotherapy, she gave birth to a healthy baby boy earlier this year. On Thursday, she rang the “Cancer Free Bell,” a tradition that marks the end of a patient’s treatment.
