My Fallopian Tube Removal Because of BRCA1+ Ovarian Cancer Prevention - Prophylactic Salpingectomy

I have the BRCA1 gene mutation. Since I have already had a bilateral mastectomy and chemotherapy for breast cancer, I cannot do much more to reduce my risk of breast cancer. The next step is to focus on reducing my risk of ovarian cancer.
