My Crohn's, Bowel (Colorectal) Cancer and Stoma Journey

This video will share with you my journey from being diagnosed with Crohn's disease at age 19, to having my large bowel removed at age 21, being diagnosed with Bowel Cancer on the 27th Nov 2019 and how I have prepared for surgery to welcome my stoma bag on the 13th January 2020. This video is a little on the long side however it gives you insights by "keeping it real" as to what it's like living with this silent Crohn's, surgery, cancer diagnosis and my mental state of mind preparation.
