Case #11: Homeless patient came to the clinic complaining of skin lesions all over his body. The lesions are small and purple. They can be found on all over his body. Picture of the lesion can be found in the Exhibit. Two weeks prior the was given Sulfamethoxazole for Pneumocystis jiroveci.
