Low Dose Ketamine for Cancer Pain

Low dose ketamine infusion is recognized to be an "opiate sparing" treatment for pain. Doses of 0.25-0.3 mg/kg over 15 minutes helps many patients with severe unrelenting pain unresponsive to attempts at controlling pain. I also use it for treating headaches when all of the other treatment options have failed. It rarely fails.
