Liver Cancer Information and Review

This video reviews the various types of liver cancer, including hepatocellular carcinoma, and bile duct cancer, also called cholangiocarcinoma. We add gallbladder cancer as well.

Risk factors for liver cancer include cirrhosis, hepa****is B, hepa****is C, and alcohol related liver disease. Bile duct cancer is seen with increased frequency in cases of sclerosis cholangitis.

Gallbladder cancer, while rare, is ****ociated with polyps in the gallbladder. Polyps greater than 1 cm are higher risk for cancer.
